What makes this program different from other lifestyle or wellness programs?

The CardioMetabolic Reset Program is not a generic wellness challenge or another temporary health kick.

It’s a physician-developed, evidence-based, and transformation-driven experience—taught by Dr. Sheetal Shah, an American Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, with board certifications also in Obesity Medicine, Nephrology, and Internal Medicine.

What sets this program apart:

  • It’s led by a physician with extensive clinical expertise in metabolic and cardiovascular health.

  • It’s rooted in science—no trends, no guesswork, just proven strategies backed by clinical research.

  • It includes structured health education, so you understand why changes work, not just what to do.

  • It addresses all six pillars of Health: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, substance avoidance, and social connection.

  • It combines expert teaching, daily habit tracking, personalized health coaching, and community accountability.

You won’t just walk away with knowledge—you’ll walk away with a renewed body, a recharged mindset, and a personalized lifestyle blueprint to sustain your health, energy, and confidence for life.

This isn’t just a program. It’s the turning point you’ve been waiting for.

How is this program delivered?

The entire experience is 100% virtual, so you can join from anywhere in the world—and stay fully supported throughout your journey.

Your enrollment includes:

  • Weekly online group coaching sessions with Dr. Sheetal Shah,MD

  • Ongoing 1-on-1 support from your dedicated health coach

  • Access to a private online community for motivation, connection, and accountability

  • Downloadable guides, trackers, and tools to support each week’s focus

  • Full session recordings available to watch at your convenience

  • HIPAA-compliant digital platform (Practice Better) where you’ll log daily tracking entries for food, activity, sleep, hydration, and mood

You can access everything and track your progress from anywhere—home, work, or on the go.

This program is designed to fit into your life while helping you transform it.

What kind of individual support do I get?

In addition to group coaching with Dr. Shah, you'll receive personalized support from our dedicated health coach, who:

  • Is trained by Harvard Lifestyle Medicine faculty

  • Will track your progress, check in with you, and help you stay accountable

  • Provides feedback and encouragement throughout your journey

   You’re never doing this alone.

Will I need to track my daily habits during the program?

Yes. Daily tracking is highly recommended.

To support your transformation, you’ll be provided with a digital tracking journal to log the most critical aspects of your health, including:

  • Food intake

  • Physical activity

  • Hydration

  • Sleep quality

  • Mood and stress levels

Participants are expected to complete their journal every day.

Tracking isn’t just about data—it’s about building self-awareness, spotting patterns, and staying accountable.

It also helps our health coach support you more effectively throughout the program.

The more consistently you track, the more insight you’ll gain—and the better your results will be.

But we also understand that not everyone wants to track every detail of their health—and that’s okay.

You can still participate fully in the educational sessions, group coaching, and health curriculum without daily logging or health coaching.

Whether you choose to track everything or simply absorb the content and community, the program is designed to meet you where you are.

Will I need to share my medical history or lab results?

Yes. A detailed medical history form is required before the program begins.

This helps us understand your current health status, risk factors, and goals so we can support you in the most effective, personalized way possible within a group setting.

While this program is educational and not a substitute for medical care, we take your health seriously and want to ensure you're safely engaging with the material.

Is my personal health information secure?

Yes. All medical history forms and health-related data are stored in a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record (EMR) system.

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously.

Any information you share—including your medical history, lab results, or tracking data—is handled securely and used solely for the purpose of supporting your care within the program.

Only authorized program staff, including Dr. Sheetal Shah and your health coach, will have access to your records.

Will I need to use any specific apps ?

You will be required to download our EMR app, Practice Better, which is fully HIPAA-compliant.

This is where you’ll:

  • Fill out your intake and medical history forms

  • Submit daily tracking entries (nutrition, sleep, activity, mood, etc.)

  • Communicate securely with your health coach

  • Access session materials, links, and resources

Using Practice Better is required for all participants to help streamline your experience, track your progress, and ensure personalized support throughout the program.

Will I need to get any lab work done before starting the program?

It is highly recommended, though not required, to have recent baseline labs before starting the program.

To help you track meaningful improvements and personalize your lifestyle interventions, we suggest obtaining the following labs through your Primary Care Provider (PCP) as part of your routine annual wellness visit.

Recommended Baseline Labs:

  • Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)

  • Lipid Profile

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

Are there additional labs or assessments that are helpful?

Yes, for a more comprehensive view of your cardiometabolic health, we also recommend:

  • High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP) – for inflammation

  • DEXA Scan – for body composition and visceral fat assessment

  • Extended Lipid Profile – for ApoB, Lipoprotein(a), LDL particle size, etc.

These tests provide a deeper understanding of your cardiometabolic risk and progress potential.

You can request these labs through your primary care provider, or we may be able to help you order them.

However, please note that any associated costs are the participant's responsibility.

Having these results at the start of the program allows us to better track your improvements and support your transformation journey with measurable data.

Can I ask questions about my personal medical condition during the program?

This is a group coaching program, and while general guidance will be provided during live sessions, individual medical advice cannot be given privately within the scope of this program.

However:

  • You’re welcome to bring generalized questions about your condition to the group coaching sessions.

  • If you prefer to discuss your situation privately, you may schedule a 1-on-1 consultation with Dr. Shah, which is not included in the program fee and will involve an additional charge.

What day and time are the weekly coaching sessions?

The live weekly sessions by Dr.Shah will be held once a week on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings at 8:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time).

  • The final schedule will be confirmed before the cohort begins.

  • Recordings will be available if you're unable to attend a session live.

  • All sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Practice Better platform, so you can join from anywhere.

We’ve chosen evening hours to accommodate participants across time zones and support working professionals and busy schedules.

What if I can’t attend a session?

All sessions are recorded, so you’ll never miss out.

Additionally, if you miss more than one session and would like to repeat those topics live, you may be able to attend that session during the next cohort—based on availability.

I have a busy schedule. What’s the time commitment?

You’ll want to set aside:

  • 1 hour per week for the live coaching session

  • 30–60 minutes per week for applying strategies, reviewing materials, or connecting with your coach

The truth?

The more you commit, the faster and deeper your results.
This program is flexible—but what you put in, you will get back multiplied.

Why is the program 12 weeks long?

Because sustainable change takes time—and your health is worth it.

Unlike quick-fix diets or short-term challenges, this program is built on the science of sustainable behavior change.

Research shows it takes at least 10–12 weeks to begin rewiring habits, shifting metabolic patterns, and seeing meaningful improvements in health and fitness.

This program is designed to move you from awareness to action to transformation, using a stepwise approach rooted in behavior science and lifestyle medicine.

  • From week one, you'll start building key habits in nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.

  • During the second month, those habits become more consistent through coaching, tracking, and community support.

  • In the final phase, we focus on strengthening, stacking, and personalizing those habits—so they become a lifestyle, not just a program.

It’s not just about learning—it’s about living the change, and making it last.

Will I lose weight in this program?

Possibly—but that’s not the only transformation you’ll experience.

While many participants do lose weight as their metabolism heals, this program is not centered around the number on the scale.

Instead, it focuses on what truly matters:

  • Restoring energy and mental clarity

  • Improving sleep, mood, and emotional balance

  • Strengthening your heart and metabolic function

  • Reducing inflammation and reversing risk factors

  • Reclaiming your vitality and confidence

This is a program for those who want more than weight loss—they want to feel vibrant, strong, and in control again.

When your body is supported with the right tools, weight loss becomes a natural byproduct of deep, lasting health improvement.

But even more powerful? You’ll feel alive again.

Does this program guarantee results?

We believe in full transparency.

We are 100% committed to your success—but we also need commitment from YOU.

You’ll get the education, expert guidance, tools, and coaching—but the results come when you take action.

And when you do, the transformation can be life-changing.

Will this interfere with my medications or doctor’s advice?

Not at all.

This program is designed to complement your existing medical care.

However, many participants see improvements that prompt their doctors to re-evaluate their prescriptions over time.

Do I need to use any wearable devices?

No—wearables are optional.

If you already use tools like an Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Fitbit, , or CGM, we’ll guide you on how to integrate those insights into your journey.

However, it is not madatory to purchase or use any wearable devices to benefit fully from the program.

Whether you’re low-tech or data-driven, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

How much does the program cost?

The full 12-week program investment is $2,000 per participant.
